Refunds & cancellations

Subscriptions
- Cancel any time from your account page (Billing). You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
Muster subscriptions are for businesses and organisations (including sole traders buying for their trade), not consumers, so the 14-day consumer cancellation period doesn't apply. Nothing here limits any rights you have by law.
Muster plans
Payments aren't refundable: the free trial is the way to try Muster before you pay. If a payment is ever refunded in full, or a card payment is disputed and the dispute is decided against us, the plan it paid for ends straight away, so you won't be charged again. Nothing is deleted: your records stay in your account for you to view and export.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card you paid with. Once we've sent a refund, it normally shows on your statement within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your bank.
